French Fillet Green Beans
Yellow heirloom or fillet
25# boxes of beans and peppers are roughly equivilent to 1 Bushel
50# box of Yukon or Red potatoes
25# lug of tomatoes are roughly equivilent to 1 peck or 1/2 Bushel
