Kim’s Salsa

5 Medium Tomatoes

Chunk 2 Tomatoes – small bite size

Grind 3 Tomatoes – (Cuisine Art, Food Processor) Juice

 

2 – 3 tsp. Minced garlic – I use more

1 Red Bell Pepper – chopped and seeded

1 Yellow Bell Pepper – chopped and seeded

1 Green Bell Pepper – chopped and seeded

 

1 Jalapeño Pepper – remove veins and seeds – finely chop

1 Anaheim Pepper – remove veins and seeds – finely chop

 

1 Candy Onion – Diced

1 Red Onion – Diced

 

1 Bunch of Cilantro – Chopped

 

Salt, Ground Pepper and Garlic Salt to taste.

 

Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to marry.
